About Carmen Rohatensky

Carmen is a transplant to the Okanagan Valley from the Canadian Prairies and Vancouver Island as a child, Arizona, California and Nevada during her adolescent years and into adulthood, settling in Kelowna in 1993 and again in 2007 and now calls it, “Home”.

She completed her Real Estate education and licensing at the University of British Columbia (UBC) – Sauder School of Business. She also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from UBC - Okanagan, a CELTA Certificate from Cambridge University and continues to build on years of Interior Design studies at the Design Institute of San Diego in California.

Growing up in a construction family, constantly inspired by creativity, travel, education and hard work, Carmen can see value and beauty others may miss.

She's planted roots in the Lower Mission area of Kelowna – a sought after area by many for it's growing housing and business developments, fantastic recreation areas, beaches, trendy shops and restaurants, and a “No car needed” walk-ability lifestyle.

Carmen started her successful Real Estate career at a discount brokerage, during those 5 years she was “Home” repeatedly exceeding goals as a Top Producer and earning numerous awards. The Customer Service awards mean the most to her as these represent her Team Philosophy and Customer Relationships.

2020 was a year for change, her brokerage was dismantled and Carmen was forced to find a new “Home”. It was time to join the RE/MAX Kelowna Team and she hasn’t looked back.
